this wedding speaks to my heart. i love plants. i love flowers. i love flower crowns. i love trees….. turns out so does the bride. because she’s a horticulturist. so you might note the abundance of insane flowers and plants in her wedding. how am i so lucky in weddings this year!?
sarah and cole are a beautiful match. they are at such peace with each other, and provide such good balance to each other… it was stormy and rainy all week leading up to this wedding. but the mood of everyone inside the house getting ready was lively and chatty and full of laughter. there were mimosas, and dresses everywhere and the getting-ready-flurry was actually quite chill and full of good vibes. it didn’t take long for the sun to come out and the sky to fill with clouds. we couldn’t have had a more beautiful day for photos. one of the reasons i loved this wedding so much was that sarah and cole didn’t really care about traditions that didn’t mean anything to them. their hearts and their emotions were in their self-written vows, their relationships with those who came, and in making sure each other was taken care of all day. their love is precious. their day was gorgeous. i think the images speak for themselves.
